Certified gas cylinder for industrial sensors calibration


The CPF Industriale started the in-house production of certified cylinders containing gas mixtures titles for the calibration of gas sensors.
 
Cylinders do not refill, may already have in origin due to the pressurization valve and 30 bar, despite its very limited size (2 liters geometric) the gas content is a considerable amount, as many as 60 liters at atmospheric pressure.
 

Always available in stock in the merger of:

- Methane (CH4) 0,88% Vol. in aria – 20% LEL
- Methane (CH4) 0,44% Vol. in aria – 10% LEL
- Carbon monoxide (CO) 300 ppm in azote

Upon request, you can also have these other mixtures exclusively:

(*) Over time, these mixtures may be corrupted. So is your concern carry out a careful evaluation of the first order.


On request we can satisfy the requests for special blends, however, with a minimum order of 40 pieces and 60 days of delivery.


CALIBRATION KIT

TC 011

Calibration kit for industrial sensors, including the calibration cap with the flow meter for the detection of flow.
The internal O-Ring allows a perfect seal from the external atmosphere, allowing a real analysis chamber around the sensor so that it could be re-calibrated with extreme care and precision.

TC 012

Calibration kit for domestic sensors, differs from the previous kit for the cap size suitable for domestic detectors, avoiding the harmful use of pure gas in case, for example, of a fire.
